LaunchedIT is hiring a Social Media Guru (or apprentice or intern) who is ready to take charge of his or her career and make a huge impact on our business! Working directly with our Social Media Manager and clients, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining a strong online social presence for not only our brand, but more importantly, our clients’ brand. As our social media guru, you will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts – Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and LinkedIn. This position will be integral in our clients’ online success – ultimately increasing web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Duties:

  • Create and post engaging text, image and video content – relying heavily on user-generated content
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around our clients’ products
  • Measure growth of channels based on following and revenue
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
  • Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and fans
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions
  • Work closely with marketing team to keep all content aligned with team goals and provide a consistent brand experience across multiple platforms

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years work experience as a social media coordinator or intern
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Ability to deliver creative content
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
